Please have your name and reachable phone number, email, the recipient’s name and complete delivery address, the occasion, a card message if you would like one, your arrangement choice, and your preferred delivery date and time window ready. Those details let the shop plan the design and route.

Where do you deliver, and when is the same-day cutoff?

Holland’s Floral hand-delivers from the Duncannon shop across Perry, Cumberland, and Dauphin counties. Order by 2 PM for same-day delivery when the address and current route allow it. See the delivery area page for coverage, ZIP codes, and out-of-area details.

Which delivery days can I choose?

The online order flow accepts Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday delivery dates, plus Saturday delivery from 10 AM–2 PM. The shop hand-arranges orders in the morning and confirms the practical delivery timing by phone, especially for same-day requests, holidays, and route-dependent addresses.

Will the flowers look exactly like the arrangement shown online?

Exact stems change with the season and with what is freshest in the cooler that week. The designer uses the current “this week in the store” selection to make a thoughtful arrangement in the same spirit as the option you choose, and will discuss any important availability question with you.

What does phone confirmation mean after I order?

The order page does not take payment. After you submit, the designer calls to confirm the arrangement, recipient and address, delivery date or window, seasonal availability, and any delivery details before the order is made.
